I am a hair and makeup artist with 18+ years’ of experience in the industry.
I completed my training at The Film and Television Academy of Makeup in 1998, where I was lucky enough to be taught by industry veteran Trish Cohen. I went on to start my career and was able to continue learning and get valuable hands-on experience with iconic brands such as Clinique, Chanel, and Yves Saint Laurent.
Over the years, I have combined my love for anything related to beauty and fashion, working with some of New Zealand’s best-known designers, makeup brands, and image consultants. In 2013, I created a successful business fox & mae, with one of my closest friends in Auckland. A one-stop shop for anything you need in the style and makeup industry.
I have a huge passion for bridal hair and makeup. I love to create a bride’s dream look and to be part of such a special life moment. It is an amazing part of my work and fills me with joy to help brides feel confident & radiant on their day.
As well as my obvious love for weddings, I work in all areas of the industry, including private clients for any special occasion, corporate events, TV commercials, and shoots.
I am a freelance hair and makeup artist based in Queenstown, New Zealand, after making this my family home at the end of 2020. I can travel to all of the surrounding areas and further.
